Yes i agree with one of the other moms. Don't let anyone or anybody kiss your baby like if you take them out in public and y'all around people if you dont say anything then many ones will be kissing all over your new babies cheeks especially as they get older. And you can kiss your baby cheeks because your his mom but my only thing is try not to kiss him with lip stick on or lip gloss or certain kind of chapped stick because they might irritate his skin.

Can be heat related.  Or it can aldo be from left over hormones in bubs system.  It will go away

***Breaking out with those lil white pimple look a likes. A friend told me to put breast milk. I did it today in the AM and literally went away by the end of the day. Breast milk does wonders..!! Really recommend it.

My daughter had it around that time also for a couple months. I just washed her face with water and a damp cloth. Used Aveno baby lotion. But I think just by keeping babys face clean after feeding, it should go away on its own.

Is they are white those actually are not zits or acne. It is called milia, which are tiny keratin filled cysts that are very common with new borns. They usually go away on their own and pose no threat.

That's normal for babies to have little zits. My son has them and I just try and keep his face clean w just water and washcloth.
