Baby Aria has arrived! Labor and Delivery story...
November 2nd at 1:30am I woke up to my water breaking. I started getting menstrual like cramps around 8 am or so. Throughout the day they started becoming more painful. Around 2pm I told my midwife things weren't progressing that much and she had me do nipple stimulation with my breast pump for an hour at a time. That increased my contractions and at 6 pm I was at the birth center. I had an all natural birth and the pain was beyond anything you can imagine. But I survived. I had no complications and was in active labor for 7 hours so I'm sure the pain was worth the alternatives.
