Baby Jeremiah is here!!! Birth Story

My contractions started irregular on Wednesday(March 11) so I stayed hme took a warm bath and went to bed. Around 4 am Thursday morn they got worse, so bad I couldn't stay still long enough to sleep. Went to the hospital was dilated 1 cm,cervix was still thick. Was given a pain pill and sent home.I took another hot bath and got bk in bed. I spent the day sleeping on & off, waking up to use the bathroom & when my contractions got too bad. Around 8 Thursday night I went to the bathroom, when something felt odd! When I stood up I immediately wet my whole panty liner. When I finished and whipped, it was nothing but yellowish snot like mucus. As I continued to wipe I noticed a thin red line, then I noticed a red snotty blob(bloody show). I immediately called my fiance, who wasn't close enough to take me to the hospital, so he sent his mom to get me(he met me at the hospital later). We got there around 9, I was dilated 2cm....I was having contractions so bad I was sweating so much I fogged up my glasses! Lol they were trying to give me an IVbefore they could I told them I need to push. They told me to wait because the doc wasn't out of the OR yet. I couldn't wait and gave three pushes and delivered my son on the bed(he was between my legs by my feet)! He was born at 10:35 March 12 weighing 7lbs 2oz!!! :) I was 38w3d, wasn't due until March 23rd.

Thanks ladies! Out of my previous two pregnancies, this one gave me a few more issues, but I would do it all again! :)

Sounds like my first. Had to push even tho the doc wasn't ready. Lol. She was already half way out by the time the doc believed I needed to push. Congrats!!!
