I wish my lack of sleep was the baby moving. I cant get comfortable and my legs get nerve pain and hips go numb and pelvic area hurts to move. 37wks and so ready to have my baby! For the baby movement try laying or ur left side with a big pillow u can lift ur right leg onto. Maybe the extra space between ur pelvic will shift the baby. Also try eating something small b4 bed.
If you're open to it, benadryl. That's the first sleep aid they'll suggest.
Do some light yoga before bed. Light poses like child's pose can help adjust the baby into a better spot. It'll also tire you both out enough that you're not physically wiped out but ready to rest.
I just posted something similar! How far along are you? I am 33weeks and 2days..and i have been feeling exhausted i dont get any sleep. I feel soo much pressure down there.. i am FTM and i am trying my best to enjoy my pregnancy but it gets tougher.
