Baby kicks extra painful

I'm 28.5 weeks and my daughter is kicking so hard I actually jump and yell. It actually hurts and she does it constantly!

My first kicked/moved a lot but even a few days before she was due never hurt this bad.

Anybody else have an extra strong kicke?
Any advice on how to deal with it? I've actually dropped things to grab at my belly it hurts so bad:(

Yes, she will beat my bladder to the point I'm pretty sure a foot is coming out.
the worst is when she gets me right on my belly bottom and I can see her entire foot, I always have to put my hand on her and ask her to go back inside.

I know moving helps keeps her quieter during the day but I've been put on 'light' activity so sadly I can't even walk much during the day to put her to sleep.

I'm sure I read somewhere they're less active in the day when you're moving about because the movements/motion is relaxing and sends them to sleep lol I felt like she was trying shove her foot out of my foo hole the other day it was so uncomfortable! Have you experienced anything like that?

Omg that's a brilliant idea! I'm carrying so low walking is difficult but rocking my belly might actually work. I wonder if the rocking chair might work.
She goes on spurts where every kick/punch makes me wanna give birth now vs in 3 months.

Oh crikey that sounds a bit crap! I'm 27 weeks and sometimes they're strong enough to make me shout oooh,  especially when there's nothing and you get a thump, takes you by surprise! A few times in bed when I've been trying to sleep and she's been going for it I've rocked side to side so she thinks I'm moving and the motions of that seem to trick her and send her to sleep lol other than that I don't know what to suggest as this is my first baby, good luck though!
