For me it turned out to be extreme sciatica. To the point that it affected my ability to walk and even cause pain in my left arm. Hot baths Tylenol none of that worked. My Dr pulled me off work and I pretty much have to deal with it till the baby is born then they are going to do an xray and see if there.is something else going on.
Aside from seeing a chiropractor, practicing squats, pelvic tilts on hands and knees, drinking lots of water, avoiding sitting in chairs as much as I can and instead sitting cross legged on the floor, using pillows to support my body while I sleep, and taking "Calm" (a Magnisium powder) have all helped me.
That much pain something else might be wrong then. I would definitely let ur doctor know...yeah my chiropractor is limited too on certain things but the adjustments and massaging of the pinched nerve in my butt area helps alot...maybe time for some kind of bed rst....good luck...hope it starts to feel better...
I Was Goinq To A Chiropractor But It Got Soo Expensive Quick! And After A While It Didn't Even Seem To Help Anymore.. It Worked For A Few Hours, Then I Was Hurtinq Aqain.
And On An Inverter I Don't Think So, My Chiropractor Said There Was A lot Of Thinqs He Couldn't Do Cause I Was Preqnant
I ended up going to the chiropractor...I had pinched nerve down the right side to where it would cramp up, couldn't lay on it and was having numbness and tingling...I am 22 wks now and see chiropractor regularly...my lower back I have a fracture that has been there since I was young...today it felt like my back was being clenched and twisted...I laid down ,stretched it...was worse when I got up and couldn't walk but now is much better....anyone know if u can use an inverter when prego?? One of those machines u strap ur ankles in and hang upside down??
