6 weeks pregnant and scared I may have a miscarriage again. what should I do?

I am 6 weeks as of today and I had a miscarriage in January at 8 weeks pregnant. I am so nervous it may happen again but im trying to do things differently. I dont want a ultrasound until i pass my 8 week mark. But i don't want to prevent any treatment that's needed.

Just try not to worry. Drink lots of water, take your vitamins, and relax if you can. I miscarried twice around 5-8 weeks but now I am 22 weeks and baby is fine. Just have faith

Have you had some early blood tests? I also miscarried it was a year ago and this time I got blood work done early to give myself some peace of mind although I still find myself worrying also :-(

All you can.do.is be good to.your body and.baby. Don't over do anything... No heavy lifting.. Take your vitamins... Eat the right things... Stay away from deli meat unless you heat it.up... Those kinds of.things... But.sometimes it is just out of your control and your body has the final say.

I.am.sorry about.your recent.loss. Try not to.stress with this one!! And.congratulations :)
