Baby should be fine. They have a lot of cushioning. I think it hurts us more than it hurts the baby. I've had my kids jump on my tummy while pregnant and the baby was fine.

My 2 year old uses me as a play gym. Shopping is the worst,  he sits in the cart and kicks his feet 10 MPH hitting my belly. & baby is fine. With my first pregnancy,  I fell on ice and my knee went right into my belly @ 24 weeks  and now she's six years old!  There is a lot to protected them in there. But when in doubt talk to your ob.

If you feel fine maybe just call you dr in the morning or their on-call service to let them know. If you can feel baby moving already maybe do some light resting and do a kick count.
I was constantly falling in my butt with my 1st as had to spend quite a few hours in L&D being watched as percaution.
