Being Induced
Hey all! My due date is tomorrow, and I went today for my 40 week check up (we'd planned to schedule an induction as well for next week just in case). My blood pressure was 140's/80's to 140's/100's. Dr didn't like those readings since my BP has been completely normal this whole pregnancy. Although I'm not showing any other signs of pre-eclampsia, etc she decided to induce me today. We started pitocin about 5.5 hours ago. Looks like I'll have my baby girl in my arms by tomorrow :)
