Being sore

i am a ftm and my stomach muscles are sore. I know while pregnant you are suppose to avoid hot tubs, and hot water but what about Luke warm baths? Id rather try the bath then a heating pad

You can have a warm bath as long as it's less than 100 degrees. Body temp is 98.6 so it's not going to hurt baby if you're in a bath or hot tub that's 95 degrees. Rule of thumb is if you're sweating (like on your face) it's too hot. Even if it's over 100 you can still safely stay in for 10 minutes. Or take a hot shower with your belly facing away from the water (which won't really help with your stomach pain but if you get back pain later on...)
