Belly only mommas feel my pain?

So let me start by saying yes I know I'm lucky to be an all belly pregnant lady but...

Omg my back is killing me! My entire back not just my lower back  it my shoulder and everything.

And I swear if one more person tells me I look so cute and little,  and how easy it must be only having a belly I may cry. It's like people assume I'm in less pain because it's 'just a belly'  but carrying a 27lb (and growing/moving) ball right off my front hurts!

I haven't been able to reach my toes without some major contortion since I was 20 weeks and now getting socks on is a joke, let alone any damn shoe that needs to my pulled or tied. And  being in any position for more than a few minutes especially sitting makes so uncomfortable.

And this being my second premagcy the comments when I turn around in a store/public place of ...'oh damn you're pregnant no wonder you're waddling!' Just hurts my feelings, and makes me want to cry again cause walking takes major effort.

I'm so ready for this last month to go by so I can function again. (As much as a new mom gets too that is)

Chelly_tbunda I totally agree with you. I was so thankfully he was just being nice. It's the first time my entire pregnancy someone has been just nice with no mean comments.

I just wanted to share cause it was such a nice break from the regular treatment I get.

Hey, he was concerned and wanting to help. At least he wasn't judging, or scoffing at you being rude lol

Omg today just topped it all! I was grocery shopping and since I only needed a few items I got a hand basket. I was waddling towards the front to checkout and the cashier actually asked a lady to move to a other line and hurried over to help me!

He kept asking 'omg why didn't you get a cart? I can get you a cart if you have more shopping to do. Or I can run and get the items for you.' And he took my basket from me...

I actually burst out laughing by the time he was finished bagging my 5 items cause he went and got me a basket to get to the car.  If he hadn't been doing it with such concern and pure panic I think I would've cried instead of just laughing  my head off.

I have read and my midwife told me if I get pains due to my belly getting big I may need to get a support band so the skin , womb , back aren't takeing the waight causeing the strain to mum. You can buy them online or on most maternity / baby stores so you can try them on if you xant get to a store measure yourself before ordering.
I hope this helps you mum,s enjoy your baby belly more and be more confortable.

So glad I'm not alone in the misery here...it's  ice  to know I'm not  crazy:) well crazier than normal that is, pregnancy hormones cause some interesting mood swings:/

Omg katieloub22 I can't believe your co-worker said that! Ifjnd being all belly it's so tight even when baby isn't moving it's just sore. I grow such big babies my muscles actually separate so I have that pain added in.

Thankfully my co-workers were nice and actually other than the 'omg you barely look prego' comments they were great. lol they even stopped eating certain foods at lunch so I wouldn't need to vomit.

I'm all belly too and don't look pregnant from behind, sick of hearing the comments as well on it. My maternity cover at work made a hurtful comment when I was rubbing my belly one day around 29 weeks pregnant - she came in, gave me a bitchy look and said "you're not even that big" and walked off! Didn't realise I needed to be a certain size to rub my bump when my daughter is kicking / wriggling! I don't like going out alone now though, because of my size people aren't obviously aware I'm pregnant so I don't feel safe, feel like they're going to bump into me or knock bump:(

Or when store personnel ignore your request for help because they don't see the belly!  I'm all like, it's your job to help me even if I'm not pregnant.
