Birthing ball

Anyone induced labour by using a birthing ball, or at least got babies head engaged ?

I used a birthing ball to help my first engage and my midwife friend and my OB both recommended raspberry leaf tea...

They said it didn't cause major cramps like primrose but strengthens your uterus so when you do have a contraction it does more

The primrose I've been trying it hasn't done anything for me except give me cramps that are not changing my cervix i have 15 days left and I've tried just about everything

My midwife suggested evening primrose oil capsules. Put one in your vg three times a day. Just be warned that it is an oil, so there will be discharge.

I went to 42 weeks and tried everything to get my child out. She was stubborn. From food to teas and sex to yoga.. nothing helped me out except being patient for when she was ready

I used birthing ball for yoga and i was 14 days late with my first. I am unsure if it helps
