Blood clot

So I'm only 6 weeks and 4 days and I went to the doctor yesterday to get some results read to me and they said I have a small blood clot in me where the placenta may form. I'm nervous because from what I read blood clots lead to miscarriages and can be very very bad if it doesn't resolve itself. Has this happened to anyone? Does anyone have any advice? It's my first baby and I don't want to lose it. I want to have a full and safe pregnancy and have a healthy baby. But im so scared now

I had a scare when I was 5wks....prayer worked for me. My hcg levels were 456 last Monday I prayed and prayed and by Saturday they were 4900. I'm a strong believer that prayer changes things.

My friend had one around 8 weeks. Not to make you scared, but it is kind of out of your hands. Basically her doctor told her either her body will reabsorb it or not. She was lifting weights so her doctor told her not to lift anything heavy and see what happens. All the best.
