Im 18 weeks along and noticed today when i took my bra off that i have a clear fluid coming out of my nipples..
Is this that stuff that comes before the milk?? (Not sure what its called)
I know doesnt come until later later..

It's colostrum and yeah, that's the premilk stuff. You may find you need to wear breast pads if you leak a lot.
