Braxton contractions
I am having what seems like contractions but they start at the top of my uterus and i always heard contractions where in the lower stomach... they are pretty uncomfortable slightly painful and last about 20-30 seconds.. i timed them and no certain time apart anywhere between 6-18 mins apart.... possible braxton hicks or something else?? Oh im 36 weeks

Are real contractions at the top like that also?
BH. I'm 36 weeks and had what I thought were contractions but they weren't strong enough. I had them every six minutes for a minute long for about 5 hours. Real contractions will be something you can't talk through. BH is a good sign your body is preparing but they can last all through your pregnancy.
Sounds like braxton hicks as they are not regular. :)
