I've never done this but I'm almost positive you will. Try reaching out to you local Le* Leche* League they are free and very helpful for breastfeeding help if that's what your looking for. (The stars are only to get around auto correct)
I had breast reductions almost 9 yrs ago and for my first pregnancy I did not produce anything. When I got them reduced my dr told me that it was 50/50 chance of not producing.
I had my reduction and became pregnant 2yrs later. I still produced milk but it wasn't enough to substain growing baby. Around 4 months I had to change to formula. Its a 50/50 chance you will be able to. I've already started squeezing my boobs to get them ready. Lol
