I have silicone gel under the muscle and was told I should have no problem. My nipples are really sore too. They always have been very sensitive in a painful way since I got the surgery 4 yrs ago so I'm a lite nervous it's going to hurt too. Soccermomma84- did your breasts change at all in how they looked after you were done breastfeeding? I know my implants won't move but I'm nervous that my own breast tissue will sag once my boobs shrink and I don't want to have to get surgery on them again. I'm so curious if that happens when implants are involved?

I totally agree this is my 1st pregnancy with implants and my nipples are extremely sore. I didn't have implants in my other pregnancies. I Read that if your experiencing sore nipples with implants that's a good sign that your nerves are working just fine.

Its really different for everyone... I know one woman who breast fed three babies a year a piece with implants and I know another that breast fed her first, got implants and couldn't breast feed her second or third... I think the Dr is right that its a wait and see situation
