No...never find it necessary. The hospital is a good time to practice latching, especially since most hospitals have lactation consultants at your disposal.
I didnt. Usually comes on the 3rd day. At the hospital try really hard to keep your baby latch and try not to give him a pacifier... i was told not to give him formula and i havent. I am taking fenugreek and fennel boiled in water... and i dont know but i have so much milk i am pumping constantly. I have bags of milk already frozen. But really dont give up and no matter what hold on with the pacifer or formula. Good luck
They will let you use a hospital grade one while you're there, and it's amazing! So you won't need yours.
No I never do . your milk will come 2 to 3 days after. If you breasfeed right a way your calustrem will be coming right after you give birth little by little.I never did anything when I gave birth .I started to pump when I got home after the hospital. I just gave the baby formula at the hospital.
I didnt...your supply will come in as soon as your baby comes out.
