sinus and extremely sore throat
I'm 26 weeks and have a extremely sore throat and sinus going on? What can we take for sore throat other than spray and what to help w sinus??

You can take regular Sudafed, not the one with a decongestant. I was able to use Afrin nasal sprays as well, only the regular one. If you want to go a more natural route, DoTerra ' s Breathe essential oil helps too.
I take the generic brand of Claritan, without the D or decongestant, and saline drops for my nose. I hate cough drops, but it helped soothe the sore throat and gargling with salt water helps.
