Brixton hicks

For the past 2-3 days I've been having a lot of Braxton hicks. My whole stomach goes tight and I have to straighten myself up to make myself comfortable. They aren't overly painful.... More annoying!!
Anyone else experience this and does this mean labour will come soon?? I'm 36w + 1d

I keel getting a hard belly aswell and altho not so much as hurts its uncomfortable as his bum is under my rib. im 39wk and no signs of labour.

I've had bh since week 19ish.  Doesn't necessarily mean labour but if they are more frequent and intense your body may just be preparing for labour.  I've had them strong and more frequent since week 37 and I'm 39w2d and still waiting.  My doc told me that strong bh contractions towards the end are good.....relieves some pressure hopefully easing the labour process.  Not sure about that..lol!  If they are painful and you are growing more concerned check in with your doc today (if you can).

I've also felt very strange today..... Hard to describe,  not myself, not with it, light headed but not dizzy...
