Calming Down/Anger

Lately I'm losing my temper over small things that I know I don't need to stress over. I know it's hormones, I'm either crying (happy or sad!) mad for some reason or sooo excited for this pregnancy! 13 weeks today!! Anyway I'm looking for some advice, what do you ladies do to calm down when you start over reacting? I'm trying so hard to be peaceful & stress free for the baby there are just times when its difficult! Quick fixes for work & soothing practices for home-any knowledge is appreciated!!

Ha yea me too. I kind of like calming oils but not sure what I can use, there's a lot of conflicting information on them! Just don't want to stress the baby out I know they feel it when you're upset.

I have the same problem. Ive tried to count back from 10. I think that makes it worse. Ive tried meditation but im too easily distracted right now. My bff from college said she would go to the salon or go shopping when she got upset. I refuse to try because i would be bankrupt.
