Can't catch breath

I'm 28 weeks & I can't breath. Even sitting/laying down, I still can't catch my breath. What can I do?

Hi! So I am now 36weeks but around 28-33weeks I felt like I ran a marathon my chest physically hurt all the time especially to breathe but it went away after 34weeks my baby just had her little feet completely shoved into my diaphragm prenatal yoga did help get me some comfort before bed though! Good luck

The baby could be pressing on other organs affecting your breathing. You may have to stretch your torso and find a comfortable spot.
