With my baby, I walked a lot. Then did prenatal yoga that's suitable for 3rd trimester. Did the yoga ball exercise and started to lose mucus plug for 3 days. Whenever I had braxton hicks I started walking and my contractions started.and  I kept going and it helped me.

I'm 35+5, baby is measuring 39.  There is absolutely no comfortable position to be in either sitting, standing or laying down. Everytime I get up to pee which is about every 1/2hr, there is sooo much pressure on my bladder and I'm afraid my water is going to break and I'll be gushing everywhere. Not to mention the contractions are horrible! They'll be steady for like 3hrs and then stop completely for a few hrs before starting again. My cervix is still closed but im 50% effaced. I'm ready for this baby to come!!

OMG! I am right with you momma! Fatigue, back pain, peeing my pants, and nights where I think she's trying to be birthed through my left hip! 37 weeks... Bring on the labor!

Do some crazy cleaning!  Old wives tale in my family is to wash the floor on your hands and knees to get things going! I did some crazy organizing and cleaning (not trying to induce labour) and my girl came 2 days later at 37 weeks!

Try nipple stimulation, its the only medically proven way to help start up labor, sex, an exercise ball, squats some say fresh pineapple, spicy foods or milk and OJ
