I am 3 days late for my period, I have all the typical signs of pregnancy that I had with my last 2 pregnancies, breast tenderness, breast size increase, nausea, headaches, fatigue and tiring very easily without doing anything, I had a blood pregnancy test done and it was only at a 2 so it is negative, what can this be?

It could be a chemical pregnancy-all the signs of one, but not actually pregnant. Your period could be running a little late because of it. Or maybe you really are-I would say test again :)
The 3 days past is 2 days past the calendar date I have I usually give it 2 extra days before I count late days
maybe your Period is coming but late.
