Its far worse than period pain. But yeah like Samantha said it depends on ur pain tolerance. Breathing through contractions is so important it helps u gain control. Fighting against contractions makes it so much harder.I frightened myself from watching vaginal births on YouTube lol .but it looks worse then what it really is. I had a quick birth I was very fortunate becos I was so unfit and I was worried about that and how that might effect my labour.

A VBAC is vaginal birth after c-section. My mom had a c-section with my sister and had my brother vaginally 3 tears later.

They start off the same but are more consistant with barely relief. As they get more intense the pain is much worse than period cramps. Breathing through them is so important, and helps you to remain relaxed and in control during the pain.

I am going to try a VBAC with the second baby. I am meeting the midwife at the end of april. I hope I am a good candidate for a vbac. Stressed about the pain but I think it will be worth the try :)

Hundred times worse. Depends on your pain tolerance level. Some woman say they don't hurt any worse than period cramps. I think they are pretty horrible
