DTaP reaction. Help please

I got a DTaP shot two days ago.  The day of the shot it was fine.  A little tender but nothing really.  The next day it was sore to the touch and sore when i moved.  There were also three red bumps to the left of the injection site. Last night I put ice on them for a few minutes. After removing the ice and going to bed my arm became extremely sore.  The three red bumps became one large raised very tender spot and any pressure on the arm at all hurts very badly.  It is also sore when i move it certain ways.  Has anyone else had a similar reaction? How long until this subsides?

Significant redness, soreness, and swelling are common for the first 2-3 days after immunization. You may even be able to feel a hard lump at the injection site and that can actually last 3-4 weeks... If at any time you think there's a chance of infection (pus draining, red streaks radiating from the site, or feels really hot and hard to the touch after 3-4 days that appears to be getting worse instead of better) then you need to see your Dr.
