Delicious pregnancy friendly recipe!

I tried something called overnight oats, and they were so delicious! You can use pretty much whatever you want, but I loved the strawberries and cream recipe the best!

1/3 c. Oats
1/3 c. Vanilla low fat greek yogurt
1/3 c. Soy/any other milk you prefer
1/2 cup strawberries
1 tsp+ honey, agave nectar,  sugar or whatever you choose-to sweeten.

Directions:

1.) Combine oats, milk, yogurt and sweetener in bowl.  Stir well.

2.) Process or finally chop 1/2 of the strawberries and combine into oat mixture.

3.) Cover or wrap tightly and store in fridge overnight.

4.) In the morning,  remove and top with remaining strawberries.  This can be eaten cold but is MUCH better warmed up in the microwave

Lots of proteins and keeps you full! You can do any sort of fruit you'd like....add nuts or seeds, some people love it with peanut butter or chocolate.  Have fun with it!

I love overnight oats. I use rolled oars or old fashioned. Nectarines, peaches, cinnamon,  almond milk, vanilla, dried apricots,  and Greek yogurt,  it tastes just like pie.

Omg . This sounds yummy! So I take it you use quick oats instead of old fashioned since there's no cooking involved? I love oatmeal and strawberries. I usually good s big batch in the crockpot for me  and my husband to eat during the week! Thanks for this!
