Delivery questions

Does anyone know if you have a list to deny certain visitors when you deliver?  When I went to see my friend's baby, the hospital never even asked my name. I don't want certain people there and am not sure how to go around it.

True. I'll look into their security. When I visited my friend, it was a different hospital than the one I'll be delivering at.

At our hospitals they always ask if it is ok to have your name listed in their "directory". If you say no then when people come to visit they won't know where you are unless you have given them that information. Plus you should be choosing a hospital that has a much stricter security policy so people can't just come and go.

If you dont want certain people, I would either inform security/front desk at the hospital or dont announce publicly that you had the baby until you come home!

They are suppose to check in every visitor so thats kind of strange!

Your best bet would be to call your hospital though and ask i guess some hospitals are more strict than others
