Does anyone else experience this ?

Is it normal to get really bad cramps in between shoulder blades and all through shoulders?
It usually lasts up to five minutes and happens about ten times a day .
I've tried back massages, heating pads ,warm baths, and Tylenol.
Any other suggestions ??

I get those all the time. Doc said to stretch it out as much as you can. Do those stretches you probably learned in gym for your back. Other than that I had to endure the pain. Hope you feel better soon!

I get these kinds of cramps on a regular basis, pregnant or not. I have scoliosis, so there's constant tension on my spine and that pulls on my muscles at all times.
Have you asked your doctor to see if it feels like you have an unusual amount of tension or knots between your shoulders? You might also want to increase your water intake if it's usually on the low side, to help flush out any metabolic waste in your muscles and eliminate the possibility of pain being due to dehydration.
