The chance of miscarrying after 12w is very, very tiny.

I've had several miscarriages well three to be exact and I'm on my 7th pregnancy and I'm very worried the same I am 12 weeks and my doctor will let me come in to hear the heartbeat just to calm me down not everyone can change doctors but I change doctors before because they did not comfort me and I did not want to sit at home panicking might not work for you might not be something you can do but that's always an option go to someone that makes you feel better

I was in the same boat with my 1st, your dr office should let you come in to hear the heartbeat. Mine had me come in twice just to hear the heartbeat so I could relax. They let me listen for a few minutes too till they saw me physically calm down.
Just call and ask if you can come in, and remember it's normal to not feel symptoms for a few weeks before your tummy become a jungle gym

I had bad sickness from the instant I found out up until 13 weeks ish. Then I woke up one morning feeling completely normal no sickness nothing. I have had two miscarriages one a few weeks before this pregnancy so I was convinced something had happened. But everything is fine and now she moved constantly so I know she is ok but I still have no sickness.

You should be able to hear a heartbeat with the Doppler at 12+ weeks... That's a medical fact, if your dr doesn't use those that may be why they said you can't come in. My sisters OB only does ultrasounds, while mine uses the Doppler at every oppoitment.

Just try and relax, it's normal to feel a little disconnect at this time specially after a miscarriage because you're more nervous. Just make sure they give you enough answers to relax you at your monthly visit.

Hmmm no.. they cant liston to the heartbeat with out you hearing as well. I mean it's pretty loud.  But this early they do a vaginal ultrasound.  Too see baby + heartbeat. But there's no need to worry. They chances of miscarriage over all is 20%.. and that's for all woman.  I think your fine

It's completely normal.  Once your placenta takes over (at around 10-12w) your hormone levels stabilise and most women stop getting pregnancy symptoms.  In a few weeks you'll start to feel your baby move. In the meantime, as long as you're not bleeding, don't worry.
