I crave orange juice all the time.
Homemade lemonade or orange juice. Or a mix of fruits and veggies, there's lots of good recipes online
I try to drink juices that are 100% percent juice and lots of water lol!
I trink peppermint tea and bought myself some new exciting teas as well because I find it really hard to drink water. Also juice, but only one glass of that a day.
Do u have a link to receipes or what website? I've been drinking OJ too!
Oh and I drink raspberry leaf tea with honey and cinnamon. It actually helps tone your uterus for birth! There's guidelines on how much to drink during each trimester online.
And I just Google juicing recipes for pregnancy and a bunch comes up!
I have a thing for Sparkling water or anything from Crush. its all caffenine free so no worries about having that as a soda some times. I don't enjoy just plain water and it has to be SUPER cold for me to drink it. So i have orange or lemon slices added in there. or Crush Cream soda... .its a litle funny. my 2 yr old calls it mommy juice and daddy isn't allowed to touch it if there is some in the fridge.
Crystal light.. there are so many flavors and 0-5 calories per serving. So good :)
Thank u all so much for your ideas!! So a lil sugar is ok then?
100% juice and water mixed keep the calories low. I didnt mix it half and half and I gain 10 pounds in 5 days. They are very concentrated with sugars. No Gatorade unless your dehydrated bc of the sugar and sodium. Milk is great 1% unless ur under weight than 2% talk with ur doctor. Hope this helped
I like to infuse my water with fruit...I'll add some cucumber or lemon...sometimes some strawberries or watermelon...I'm so bad when it comes to drinking water and this helps me alot..

Gatorade or home made ice tea, what I like about home made ice tea is less sugar, cause you control what you put in. My ob and primary said since I'm not diabetic, avoid anything with artificial sweetness
Koolaid- you can mix the powder to your liking if u want to avoid so much sugar.
