My medicaid covers dental. I have had some bad toothaches lately. I am actually going tommorrow to get a tooth pulled. Does your insurance not cover dental?

Also the sooner you are seen by a dentist the sooner you can stop taking the Tylenol. If you can't find a dentist that will work with you try the emergency room at your county hospital. Most have a oral specialist on staff. The hospital will bill you and then you can apply for financial aid. Hope you can find someone.

You should definitely be on prenatal vitamins if you are not, but you really need to go to the dentist.  Call your County health department and explain your situation, don't fail to mention that you are pregnant.  See what services they have for people with low or no income.  Also see if your local dentist's association has anyone who will take payments.  It is very bad for a pregnant women to have cavities (if that is what is going on) because it can put bacteria into her system.  Please take this seriously.

Its not uncommon during pregnancy for your teeth and gums to be sore. Are you taking your prenatal vitamins?
