well i do alot of walking and a lil bit of yoga...but i love swimming
Swimming is great it takes the pressure off your back and hips. Im 18weeks 3 days and i walk 3 miles twice a week. If it possible i do more. Just start slow and pass on weight lifting.

Well I was quite active I'm having a great pregnancy but my bump is huge -_- and is swimming ok for pregnancy?
I would say it depends on your activity level before you got pregnant and up to this point. It also depends on what your doctor thinks. Are you having a healthy pregnancy? Any complications? I'm 31 weeks now but at your stage all I was able to do was walk. Just limit yourself, don't overdue it, don't get overheated, drink plenty of water, and ask your doctor to make sure you're ok for physical activity
