so ladies...how many of you guys exercise? And if you do? What exercises are you doing and for how long? I'm FTM at 24 weeks. I want to do some type of exercise but I am so tired. Prior to baby, I did crossfit. Just don't want to have sooooo much weight to lose. Walked half a mile and bout died

I walk for a minimum of an hour a day sometimes it's 2 hours, 39 weeks now and I don't get very far in an hour anymore while waddling lol, but it's exercise and I'm shattered afterwards.

I bought a fitbit charge HR watch to track my heart rate during exercise. Was super fit and active pre-pregnancy like you, but definitely limited now.

Anyway, I mostly walk and do light yoga. Elliptical and bike at the gym within a safe heart rate range too. Nothing intense, just a little something here and there to get my body moving. Emotionally its helped me feel better.

Hope it helps you too!

I walk & use the stationary bike every week. My goal is 10 miles a week. I was doing more pre pregnancy. I didn't exercise much in my 1st trimester because I was so tired. My 2nd trust is almost over and I'm hoping I can keep exercising! I also use free weights fir my arms and some machines. I don't do more than 25lbs but make up for it with more reps! Exercise is good for endurance! Im hoping my delivery goes well because ive stayed active!

Yoga is always good. Or you can download a pregnancy work out app. It has them for all three trimesters. Or just look online for safe workouts

I worked out till the day before i went into labpr. My dr. Said to do the bike and walk on the treadmill, do swuats , do weights with arms. I walked on incline to maintain muscle. Let me tell you my labor was three hrs. My son came eight days early and i only dod one ten srcond push and he was out. It will help tons with labor :)
