Its perfectly fine if especially if youve been active your entire pregnancy. Eliptical sounds very reasonable. Your body will tell you when your over doing it. Take care.
Im 7 months and i just went back to the gym and i do 25 min on the eliptical and some squats just to get some strength back in my legs because all my pelvic bones are starting to hurt now , im sure its ok to use it just not too fast or too much resistance
I'm due tomorrow and still going to the gym. Listen to your body, it will let you know when you are doing too much!
I've continued exercising my whole pregnancy doing squats, weight lifting, everything I had done prior to pregnancy. I don't do abs at this point or leg presses (or anything of that sort) but you can definitely continuing being active. :) As long as your doctor gives you the okay as well.
Oh and my due date is tomorrow . lol
Thank you guys.... man I wish my due date was tomorrow. I will definitely do the elliptical machine then. I am not trying to lose weight just help with toning and the ache and pain from ankles...
