1st time preggo worry alert

I'm 7 weeks today and it still feels like my period is about to drop. There's a tension in my, I guess uterus, that feels tight. I'm not sure if I'm explaining it correctly. Should I worry?

37+1 here and I felt like that my whole first trimester. I was so paranoid thinking my period was going to come.

It just makes me feel like all the pregnancy tests I've taken are wrong and my period is really gonna make an appearance. I've had too many false alarms trying to get pregnant for almost 3 years.

No. Unless you are bleeding you don't need to worry. Cramping is normal in pregnancy especially first time. Your body is just stretching and making room for a growing baby.
