False positive?

Is it possible to get a false positive? I got a positive test today and my husband refuses to believe it is really positive. I am in shock myself.

See my first baby was born on his daddy's birthday. I knew that is impossible to do it again but I wanted a baby in the fall cause my birthday is in November but surprise another July maybe June birthday. I had my son 2 weeks earlier due to him taking all the good out of me. Lol.

Awwwe my daughter came on her due date, and my son came @ 39 weeks. And happy early/late birthday!!  I'm due November 24th but we are getting induced Nov 16th. && we conceived in March for our Nov baby.

Oh man that I'd close to my birthday. It's the 25th. I wish we would have waited but ready or not. Lol.

We used a digital test which said pregnant 1-2 weeks (since conception) and I refused to believe it lol my husband read it out and was in shock too, I told him to put it back in the window cause it might change by the time we get home from work and say not pregnant. 20 weeks later, one rounded tummy and a whole lot of sick makes me think it's not going to change haha it will sink in and the shock will change to joy :) maybe surprisingly sooner than you think! P.s congratulations :)

I think having 3 birthdays in july is what is shocking the most. We were going to try in February but that's out now.lol thank you.

As far as I know there is no such thing as a false positive. The only way to have a positive test result is to have the hormone produced during pregnancy in your urine. False negatives are common due to people testing too early and not having enough hormones for the test to pick up. So unless you're somehow reading the test wrong I would say you're probably pregnant! Congratulations!

No I am not reading it wrong, I told my husband these things are not hard to read. If there is no line not pregnant and if there is that means pregnant. It didn't take anytime for that line to show up. Thank you. Baby #2 will be here July 2017.
