Fatigue, Dizziness, Headaches, Nauseau... Doctor or nah?

I've been feeling very nauseated, dizzy with two episodes of completely losing my balance and nearly passing out, extremely tired (like it's hard for me to stay awake at work or at home kind of tired) and I've been getting bad headaches. I don't feel sad or depressed. I do have a high stress job and occasionally it wears me down. Maybe I'm just worn down? I don't know. These seem like pretty common, bypassing symptoms to me. The only thing that does bother me is the dizziness. I've never nearly lost my balance before.

I have a bad habit of rushing to the ER because I neglected to go to the doctor in the first place and by the time I'm ready to admit something's wrong with me, it becomes an emergency.

OH...by the way I don't have a doctor, I'd have to jump through hoops to find one, that's why I'm posting this question. Should I wait another week or so to see if the symptoms pass or should I try and find a doctor?

Are you pregnant and getting these symptoms? It sounds like you may be dehydrated and exhausted. If you don't have a primary Dr you can see one at a free clinic in your area or you can go to urgent care they help with things like this also. If you are pregnant or may be pregnant you definitely need to go in. You can call a nurse on call at urgent care or E.R to ask if it sounds like you need to go in.
