As I am a massage therapist. Most massage therapist will not massage you during first trimester because if something goes wrong with baby you might feel it's there fault and Sue them. But I give massage in first trimester I walk then through it. Also some massage therapist might ask for dr note.

Hi !
I am a massage therapist and I have a diploma for pregnant women massage.
How far are you ? Normally you should have a pregnant women massage.
Just tell them to avoid feet as hands as you have two accupuncture point that can cause miscarriage (u have to massage aloooot those points to miscarriage but still )
Other than that better if you re more than 3 months even if in my class teacher said it was no risk but still  :)
Relax well
