Feeling shaky?

Sometimes throughout the day I'm feeling very weak and shaky I was wondering was anyone else experiencing this? I'm 8 weeks and 6 days.

Thanks everyone I had a granola bar and started feeling better. I try to eat small meals because I feel so nauseated that I don't want to eat :/

Eat and drink plenty of water! I would suggest you to carry snacks in your purse whenever you start feeling like this. I would feel shaky and nauseous too and I noticed it would be my body telling me to eat.

Get plenty of fluids! You don't want to dehydrate

I can get this way too. It usually has to do with low blood sugar for me. So I'll drink water, eat a piece of fruit, or granola bar.... try and keep a snack with you at all times. You may need to have a lil snack every hour or so the first couple months. Your body sure is going through alot. Hope it gets better hon. :-)

I also experience it every now and then when my blood pressure is high. If you don't have blood pressure issues Maybe just stay dehydrated and eat a little when you feel that way.

I get that way if I dont eat enough or drink enough water. When it happens I sit down for awhile and have a snack and drink.
