Fetus facial development

When are the facial fetus of the fetus developed enough? I am wanting a 3D ultrasound.

It's best to do it between 26 and 30 weeks for a accurate show of the face :)

THANK You! My doctor is doing an ultrasound at 12 weeks for measurements for downs. I’m not understand how if notbing is fully formed.
Facial features are already starting to develop at 12weeks. Basically the Dr will measure the nasal bone and nuchal fold at the back of the neck. It's best to do this at 12weeks, as well as bloodtests.
