First pregnancy

This is my first pregnancy, 9 wks and having the most horrible time with morning sickness, I feel sick 24/7.  And have a loss in appetite,  which scares me bc I know I need to eat health, I don't want to eat meats, I crave salads, but just the though of eating meat eww!  Any suggestions?

The only meat I could for a while was chicken fingers with cold ketchup. I tried steak once in my first trimester and threw up all over my plate. :( talk to your Dr about medicine. I was hesitant to take medicine because I thought I could get through it but I am 27 weeks and still have morning sickness without the zofran. Snack throughout the day until you get medicine. Granola bars and Apple's with peanut butter helped me.

Poor thing :( do what you can ask your doctor for meds.  Definitely take your prenatal.  Eating is important but its notntje trimester that you are suppose to be gaining wait so do you best to just keep food down and take you're prenatal.  You'll be fine <3

Maybe ask your doctor for meds, to help with the neusea. I couldn't eat meat either made me want to gag. Saltine crakckers and gingerale by the bedside might help too, just to have something in your stomach when you get up. Feel better mama!
