Best to go to your doctor and I'm pretty sure douching is not recommend during pregnancy. There are creams which are specifically designed for this x

The trick I used because I just had one was to douche with peroxide it did the trick the swelling and itching stopped literally that following morning. It's uncomfortable at first when you douche but go to sleep and wake up you'll thank me later!!!

Can you do this while pregnant?

Also a garlic clove inside your vagina kills all yeast I tried it and it worked but I could taste it in my mouth? And I hate garlic so I haven't used it since  but it did the trick x

There are some natural things you can try, I had a few with my first pregnancy and the midwife on staff gave me natural remedies that worked fabulous for me.

She upped my probiotic foods and had me cut sugar down. There are also some weekly rinses you can try to keep your levels even downstairs. Try googling something's and talking to your OB about it better yet get ahold of a midwife they are Way more likely to help you prevent and avoid meds.

Yes unfortunately they are. I didn't have one during my first pregnancy but this time I've had one since I was around 10 weeks I only just got rid of it about a week ago at 33 weeks. I found that Nivea cashmere shower gel made it flare up sooo bad. Now that I've switched to dove shower gel it doesn't affect it.
