Yeah like said above if your doctor isn't concerned I wouldn't be either. I was overweight from the beginning started my pregnancy at 224 I ended up losing almost 10 lbs and just finally gained 2 back as of my 22 week appointment 2 weeks ago. At 20 weeks I still hadn't gained any... I eat healthy and drink plenty of fluids mostly water. My doctors don't seem concerned at all... Im expected to 25-35 lbs but Idk how lol...

As long as your doctor isn't worried you shouldn't be.  If you were under weight to begin with then you should be gaining more then someone who started out over weight. And if you lost weight at the beginning from morning sickness this could be your body putting those pounds back on.  Make sure you are not eating for two... that's where most women make the mistake.  You should aim to gain about 25 pounds total for the whole pregnancy it you started at a healthy weight pre pregnancy.
