Getting baby to be active

Hello ladies, I have my 3d/4d bonding ultrasound tomorrow and am very excited!  However the last couple of ultrasounds I've had my baby has kept her arm over her face. What's the best thing to eat/drink to really get her moving?

I just went last week for the third time because the first 2 times we went our daughter had her arm over her face. This time,  before we went... I didn't eat 3 hours before and I had candy (not chocolate) about 5 minutes before the ultrasound. So on the drive to the ultrasound I had some candy. She was moving so much and we got so many fantastic pictures.  Good luck and enjoy.

I already drink tons of cold water so she's kinda used to it lol. I guess I'll try a mt dew and candy bar and hope for the best! I don't have any orange juice so I can't try it =/

Don't eat heavy meals before your appointment will make baby lazy. Try something cold like ice water. Unhealthy way cold soda. Stay hydrated water water water before appointment. Hope this helps.

Hmmm as weird as it sounds juicy juice (not as much sugar), strawberries, or the unhealthy way is maybe a donut lol.
