Hard to breath

Anyone else finding it hard to breath at night when laying down. I can only lay on my right side. My nose gets blocked or I just feel suffocated. I really feel to go doctors get an asma pump or something... I'm 25 weeks with baby 4 and don't remember it being this bad with my last pregnancy s .

I totally understand this is my fourth and this one seams to be sucking the life out of me. My mom said its because "i'm old this time" my a1c was 2.5 meaning my average blood sugar for the past three months was 45 very low I have not gained yet eat like crazy I'm 30 weeks. Now that baby has stoped I can breath a little better just wait it will happen soon. Also sence its #4 it will most likely happen sooner then it has before my baby dropped at 28 weeks
