I'm 20 weeks and have constant headaches. My OB sent me to see a neurologist because there's nothing abnorma with my pregnancyl to make sure there was nothing going on. The neuro said due to the high levels of hormones some people experience constant headaches while those who may normally have them don't always because the hormones balance it out. So you could be with some of us unlucky ones who the hormones have worsened headaches. She said it usually starts to get better at birth and through breastfeeding.

I noticed that my headaches have increased since about 30 weeks. I had frequent headaches and migraines before anyways but with my first pregnancy and this one they have decreased greatly. But with this pregnancy I have noticed they have started to increase again since around 29 weeks, I'm 32 weeks now.

Yeah I am, turned 35 weeks today, find its due to tiredness a lot of the time, struggling to get to sleep at night though and wake up several times to pee!

I get them all the time. Usually Tylenol takes care of it. However if it persists or I have more than one  a week I report it to my OB as the lady above is right sometimes (and I mean Sometimes) if can be a sign of something else.

If you're getting less sleep because well it's harder to sleep the further along you get that can trigger headaches:(

If you are getting headaches you should talk to your doctor, particularly if it's felt in the back of your head as it is a symptom of preeclampsia.
Other symptoms to watch for are if you are seeing spots or having some chest pain.
Your doctor should check your urine for protein.
