Tylenol and something with caffeine should help
I definitely recommend the chiropractor! Sometimes its your neck or even shoulders. Also try ice pack on the back of the neck. You can use icyhot or biofreeze as well on your neck and shoulders (just not down near where babies are). Also, ice cream sometimes helps. Tylenol is good and so is vitamin B2, vitamin will also help prevent them (my son is on that to prevent him from getting migraines and it works wonderful! He doesn't get them nearly as often).
I had horrible headaches every single day until I went to a chiropractor/natural doctor. He adjusted my neck and put me on a great multi vitamin that I take 3 times a day. Ever since then, the headaches are gone! Remember that the baby is stealing pretty much all the nutrients available in your body. You might just need more vitamins or food high in nutritional value.
You should mesure your blood pressure just to be shore that headache isn't coused by that.
My doctor recommended tylenol.
Try taking Vitamin B 100 and magnesium.
