Low iron and magnesium levels also could cause headaches.

Right there with you. If my doctor tells me I need to drink more water one more time, I'm going to scream. I drink water all day and all night. Tylenol doesn't help me. Try a nice bath. That relaxed me enough to take my mind off of it a while. Sorry you have to deal with this too. Its so frustrating.

I have chronic migraine & daily headaches, suffered worse than ever from wk 4 (the increase was my first hint i was pregnant) to about wk20 -had migraine 5-7 days a wk. You can take paracetamol (tylenol) though this never helped me. Acupuncture & chiropractor can help. Also cold compress on the back of your neck & lower head, shoulders sometimes helps. You can try putting your hands & feet in warm water while you use it too. Sometimes helps me. Hopefully yours improve soon.

I got them a lot early on. I'm 28 weeks but when I was around 13 I had horrible headaches. I increased my fluid intake and it helped. Dehydration is what was causing them they think.
