Do you use the sea salt rice cakes? That's a yummy idea as well!
I like rice cakes with organic peanut butter topped with a tiny bit of honey.
Dill pickles, veggies dipped in guacamole or roasted red pepper hummus, Graham crackers dipped in nutella, nuts, skinny pop popcorn, ice chips, yogurt drops on a cookie sheet and then frozen. Taste just like ice cream. Yum! Hope this helps kick the dorito habit. ;)
That all sounds amazing. Especially the Kale chips!
If chips are your weakness, try making kale chips, you can sprinkle on parmasean cheese. Also goes great over popcorn (buy the kernels and microwave in a brown paper bag). Any type of fruit. I make zucchini noodles. If you don't have a spiralizer, a vegetable peeler works great. Roasted veggies are amazing. Lightly coat garbanzo beans in oil, seasoning of your choosing and roast at 450 until they are crunchy. Lettuce wraps are a great way to increase your veggies, collard, and swiss chard also make great wraps.
Yumm oatmeal and bananas..I love ff coolwhip w/bananas as a sweet treat. Special K is soo good. My fav. Low cal cereal is Fiber One chocolate squares w/skim milk.
I love fresh cut up fruit, any kind but cantaloupe is my favorite. Yogurt and granola, raisin bran and special k, carrots, celery with peanut butter and raisins, granola bar, apple sauce. Anything quick and easy really :)
